The Corbet Water Supply Corsicana Connection #2 involved the design and construction of a 25,750 linear feet (LF) 12-inch treated water transmission main. This main connects the City of Corsicana delivery point #2 to the existing Corbet Water Supply system.
HSE advertised and facilitated the bidding of this project as an evaluated proposal, scoring all 7 proposals received and scoring them to draft a recommendation of award letter to the Cleint. As part of this project HSE also performed the construction administration, daily construction inspection, and construction staking for this project, which enabled HSE to deliver this project turn-key from project conception through construction completion.

Hanna Surveying and Engineering completed all surveying and civil engineering aspects of this project including: a route study, environmental wetlands determination, cultural resources investigation, various types of surveying (boundary, topographical, drone LiDAR, bathymetric/hydrographic), permanent and temporary easement exhibits, horizontal and vertical alignment design, trenchless design, geotechnical investigation, and multiple permitting processes
