Hanna Surveying and Engineering provided the boundary surveying, topographical surveying, bathymetric/hydrographic surveyign, level A subsurface utility investigation, easement documents, civil engineering design, and construction management for the City of Corsicana on the Post Oak Creek Parallel Waterline Emergency Design project. This project included investigation of multiple water lines in the City of Corsicana existing right-of-way and design of a parallel waterline waterline to be installed by horizontal directional drill (HDD). The HDD vertical design was over 65-feet in depth under the existing Post Oak Creek, went through multiple geological formations, and was designed and installed at entry/exit angles that were some of the steepest that are capable of being performed.

Hanna Surveying and Engineering also performed the construction management of this project, which was completed $36,000 under budget and 2-months ahead of schedule. This project was also delivered with zero (0) RFI’s or Change Orders during the entire course of construction which is a testament to our abilities and experience with all facets of municipal infrastructure from survey, through design to construction.
